[mch2022-orga] Diesel Site Carriers... meh

Hi all,

Somewhat bad news everyone: MCH will not have electric golf carts, but diesel site carriers (aka gators tm r c). I personally am not happy about this little setback, but it's the way of the world right now.

The usual rental company found we'd overloaded the electric golf carts previous event, and was not amused. They, also didn't really have stuff left. You may choose your valid argument. We'll probably try with them next time. Given the (immense) pressure there is on the market, there was basically no chance for an alternative. Therefore diesel gators have been ordered at Boels, as that was offered a long time ago and still possible to sign.

Diesel site carriers are very different than electric golf carts in terms of handling, endurance, power, speed and noise. There will be new rules set for using these, which will have to be designed. I will ask the team previously setting up the rules if they can dive into setting some sane restrictions.
