Hi dear valued WHY2025 contributors,


We would like to have a healthy financial planning towards our event.
This includes some form of budgeting, so we can get a grasp about what
costs we have to expect.

Be mindful when budgeting, as it directly influences the ticket costs.
But if your team has a fancy project, and it is not budgeted, then there
might be no financial room to execute it.

Note:
It is not that every project has to be in the budget form or that
projects who are budgeted are guaranteed to be executed (though it
enlarges the possibilities).
This budget form is to get an initial educated estimate of what we can
expect, so we can plan accordingly.
