[why2025-orga] New and improved on the wiki: Vacancies!

Hi all,

The team properties on the wiki has a new feature: People needed!

You might be aware already of the vacancies page[1], but some teams
still need general team members. To get some insight, you now can add
how many members your team still needs. 

You can do this by the 'Edit with form' on your team page, or direct by
adding the '|team_needs_x_people=1' to the technical data on top of
your team wiki page.
By some mediawiki magic this will be added to the summary tables that
float all over the wiki with each refresh.
