[why2025-orga] ROC Reservations

Hi all,

Only 8 out of 25 teams who used orga-radios at previous events have
confirmed their radio needs for 2025 with ROC. (Maybe I missed an email,
please let me know.)

It would be much cheaper if we don't need radios for the other 17 teams,
but it's probably better for the event if those teams send us an email at
roc at lists.why2025.org to confirm the radio order.

Check the following link to see if your team is confirmed.
Numbers for unconfirmed teams are based on MCH2022.
