[why2025-orga] orga meeting Fallfest tomorrow

Hi,

We hope you are as excited as we are about the upcoming Orgameet
Fallfest 2024.

Hereby a friendly reminder that everyone is welcome, but unfortunately
we can only accommodate 150 visitors. It is therefore essential that
you register on the visitors list:

While you are at it, don't forget to indicate whether you would like to
stay for dinner, and what your dietary requirements are.

The doors will open at 13:37 with plenty of time to mingle, until the
official program starts at 14:30.
We ask each of the 42 teams to give a short introduction, your current
plans and what you are working on, in a minute or less.

Around 19:00 the program will end with a nice meal together and of
course a party!

IMPORTANT: Check traffic and/or public transport information in time
for work or unforeseen closures. There is a lot of roadwork going on,
especially around Utrecht.
