[why2025-orga] WHY orgameets dates and call for locations

Hi all!

WHY2025 will have roughly every 2 months an in-person meeting. apart
from the field day on the 5th of April, these 3 meetings need a
location. Which hackerspaces would want to host one of these meetings?
Last meeting there were, at it's height, ~70 persons at the same time.
The one before that had ~50 persons at its maximum. 

The dates are :
* 14 dec 2024
* 22 feb
* 5 april (field day)
* 21 juni
