[why2025-orga] Daily build-up update - 5th of August

Hi all from the field, 

We have a daily standup at 08:45 for all volunteers @ Heaven to discuss the plans for the day. Afterwards I'll send you an update on what's discussed so that you're all up to speed :) 

**Discussed**
- Safety: till 12:00 it's still very windy, please keep tents closed and be carefull. After 12:00 the weatherforecast looks good and we expect nice weather.
- Parking: will move the lights on parking today, place fences and will try to guide all incoming traffic with bike angels - **[bikeangels needed]**
- Terrain: final tents are build up today, also placing the last firelines and fix a few from yesterday. If you plan to do or place something around the arcade, please reach out to terrain to discuss this.
- Cohesion: Dany has arrived and is available. Please be kind & excelent to each other
- Volunteers: more food is coming
- Security: closing off terrain for non-orga people **[angels needed]**
- Villages: team has arrived and is starting up
- Family: team has arrived and is starting up 
- Foodcourt: expecting deliveries of first foodtrucks and foodcourt area
- Bar: expecting deliveries and is building the bars
- NUTS: final power on Pink field. Camperfield should have power at 12:00 
- Deco: builds entrancegat & placing signs
- ROC: porto's are available and network is up & running
- POC: reserved DECT's can be picked up from 10:00. Tomorrow they'll start with setting up the payment systems
- Onsite: placing a lot of driving plates and fences today, reachable via orga channel on porto
- Shuttle: 2 vans are on site already, 2 vans arrive later today **[angels needed]**
- Moebelhaus: team deliveries will be continued and village deliveries are planned. **[angels needed]**

**General announcements**
- The wagenweg is blocked between 12:00 - 13:00 to build the entrance gat. If you arrive then, please park and wait patiently. 
- Please use bikes instead of gators if possible. The terrain could use a bit of rest. So if you're not moving big equipment, use a bike.
- If you're planning to do or place something around the Arcade, please reach out to team terrain first.
- Please be carefull around manitous and forklifsts. 

**More angels needed**
There is still so much work to do. So if you could join us at the terrain already, please do and help us build camp together. Please sign up @ volunteers in Heaven if you arrive. (And fetch an awesome namebadge)
