[why2025-orga] Daily build-up update - 6th of August

Hi from the field, 

Today's update is a bit late because it was a very busy day, in a good way. It's great to see how things are coming to life. We have a daily standup at 08:45 for all volunteers @ Heaven to discuss the plans for the day. 

**Happend today**
- Foodcourt: foodtrucks has arived and shiny things are flapping in the wind
- Bar: the bars look decorated and matemarket signs has been made (this is a fun story, please ask this at the bar if you want to know ;) )
- Villages: lots of villages have arrived and they probably brought a record amound of blinky things & cool stuff
- Cohesion: more members have arrived and they asks us all to be excelent to each other 
- Parking: handled a lot of traffic like real pro's
- Sponsors: a few sponsors were expected but a lot of deliveries arrived unexpected. If you spotted a sponsor in the wild, please let team:sponsors know. Please know that they have not any extra rights, just treat them like anyone else
- Productiehuis: C3VOC has joined and they've worked hard to make video & audio happening in tracktents
- Info: looks like an infodesk and they helped a lot of teams thanks 
- Bar: sound & lights happening and have a loads of bitterballen
- Moebelhaus: delivered lots of fridges, tables & chairs
- Shuttle: all shuttles are on site and they're up & running. Helped a lot with transporting stuff for villages 
- NUTS: end of day all the facilities should be up
- Terrain: dirt is shuffled and sand happend, parts of terrain are fixed
- Family: bouncy castle is up! 
- ROC: is still fixing the transmitter, keep up the good work
- Security: premises is closed and everyone has to use the entrance
- Onsite: helped with placing all chairs behind the track & workshop tents, had also a lot of patience with all arriving trucks. Thanks! 
- PartyArea: did some very very loud testing, sorry was said and promised that it won't happen again
- Projectleiding: solved 42 challenges and collected five really bad jokes. Is also swapped to EMT from now on
- Press: has arrived on the terrain and wears blue vests
- Waste: things going well, more trash will come
 
**General announcement**
- Please keep kids of the roads, we're still driving around with heavy vehicles and it's not safe to play or bike there. Keep your kid in Heaven or at Familyzone. 
- If you're not moving (big) equipment, please use bikes instead of gators. We have plenty of bikes to use.
