[why2025-orga] Last request: share team headcount for food planning

Hi all, 

Promise this is (probably) my last planning request to you all :)

Team:volunteers would love to know how many people need to be catered for. No worries, there’s plenty of food, but it makes things a lot easier for team:volunteers if they know how many people to expect.

So please help them out by sending the following information:
- How many people are in your team on the terrain from build-up to teardown?
- When is each person arriving?
- When are they leaving?
Please add this info in the Angelsystem aswel:https://angel.why2025.org/news

Example:
Team: Projectleiding
Arrival 2 people on 31/7 and 4 people on 1/8 (total 6 people)
Departure: 1 person on 13/8, 5 people on 15/8 (total 6 people)
--> All 6 people are present between 1/8 and 13/9

It's not about who or the exact numbers, but next-level guestimates would be very helpfull. 

Could you please share this info asap but at the latest Sunday evening? Thanks so much.
