On behalf of team off-site logistics, I have send out detailed (and 
hopefully final) plannings for all requested transports. Each planning 
contains final date(s), pick-up time(s) and drop-off time(s) for the 
requested transport(s).

In case you send in a request and did not get an email from me today, 
please contact me asap.

I already received confirmations of most teams. This is great, you are
