Hey Volunteers,

Because there was a lot of vagueness around the orga wristbands previous 
camps, leading to unfair situations, we have decided to clarify the 
volunteer guidelines for WHY2025.

For those new to (this part of the) organization, food is provided in 
Heaven. During the first phase of buildup, food is provided to everybody 
who is at work on the field.
 From day -2 till tear-down, doing angel work will give you a food 
token. Orga people get a rainbow wristband that gives access to a 
breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The cut offs for food vouchers and orga wristbands have been discussed 
with PL. We know loads of you put a lot of work in already, sometimes 
multitudes of the below cutoffs. Thank you for that.

During buildup & tear-down:
- No wristband or tokens will be needed during buildup until day -1

For Food tokens:
- 1 per 2 hours of effort for why2025
- Also for non shift activities
- Not during buildup or tear-down as meals are already provided
- Mutually exclusive with orga wristband

For a orga wristband:
- A minimum of 20 hours worth of organizing before 30-07-2025
- No food tokens needed during the event

For team-leads:
Please please send an email to volunteers at why2025.org with a list of 
angel system users that should receive a orga wristband or tokens.

We trust the team-leads to use sound judgement and follow the guidelines.

Explanation:
Why is 2 hours a food token?
 > Because we decided 2 hours shifts have the right balance between
 > volunteering as an angel and experiencing camp.

Why 20 hours for a orga wristband?
 > We decided to use 20 hours as a minimum cutoff since
 > 5 camp days * 2 tokens * 2 hours = 20 hours
 > We realize a lot of orga people have put in way more hours

Why the cutoff at 30-07-2025?
 > Because food is provided during buildup and tear-down
 > and during the camp there are shifts & tokens. Also, from that 
moment, villages arrive on the terrain, and angel food is for angel shifts.
