[why2025-orga] Volunteering survey for team leads

Hi,

During the evaluation meeting the group that talked about volunteering
noticed that there was quite a difference between teams how they
experienced the availability of volunteers before, during and after
the event.

I have created a survey at https://nlvoc.nl/survey/why2025volunteering
for the WHY2025 team leads (my server, results will be removed after
survey closes and has been summarized). It contains 4 multiple choice
questions with an *optional* comment field for each.
