[Parking] Parking and official trafic stuff

Hi Dave,

I would like to sum up the topic about traffic controllers.
The mails from begin of May, where it was stated that official traffic 
controllers were needed (3 in total  (2 at roundabout, 1 at entrance of 
the 'speelpark de Swaan')) are obsolete, correct?

Instead we need the same amount 'evenementenverkeersbegeleiders' during 
day -1, 0 and 1, correct?

Team parking has meanwhile 3 members, but they are all German and 
frankly speaking, we will need them on the parking area to manage angels 
and coordinate stuff.

So the question remains: how do we get those three 
evenementenverkeersbegeleiders?
Maybe it makes sense to contact team:volunteers to see if they could help?
What are your thoughts?
