[Parking] Parking procedure for speakers

Hi Team Parking,

I'd like to coordinate with you about the process for arriving speakers. We told them to get tickets like everyone else, so for the most part they shouldn't be a problem for you. HOWEVER, there might be a few special exceptions.

- Some people might have forgotten to buy a ticket (despite us telling them to). What is the process for dealing with that?
- Some speakers (probably fewer than 10) will only come for one day and received an exception from team Content. Could you maybe let them through without a ticket?- There will be a few "important" people (like politicians). Can they use the VIP parking?

Your answer would help us (and the speakers) know what to expect and makes the process as smooth as possible :)
