[Parking] Parking and official trafic stuff

A small update :

I had a phone talk with gemeente, good news is that we don't need 
official verkeersregelaars.

We can use 'evenementenverkeersbegeleiders' (nice scrabble word), 
everyone can become that by taking a free (dutch) exam.

PL want to have someone at wagenweg (near the ) at day -1,0 and 1, this 
can be the evenementenverkeersbegeleiders

Can these people come out of the pool of parking volunteers?

Gina : I found a company that can make a CROW map, had them on the phone 
but didnt recieve a email yet.
