[Parking] Verkeersregelaars

Hi Dave,

I am sorry it took a while.
The map / layout for the parking area is still not finalized and still 
in discussion.
For the traffic controllers, we can certainly make sure that they are 
being supervised by parking supervisors, but I cannot tell where and how 
many we need. As per my understanding, this is still to be decided by PL 
in alignment with municipality based on the feedback they get for the 
permit.

I will keep you posted.
