[Parking] [why2025-terrain] Plates and fences for parking areas

Hi Gina,

quick update: the layout for parking is still in discussion.
A rough estimate I made so far are about 6580m² for driving plates.
The fences needed on the parking area itself is for queuing lines, 
luggage drop off spots, entry areas etc. and we can use dranghekken for 
this.
The borders can be done with bouwhekken or dranghekken, I understand 
that you will take care of that once we have the final plan.
