[Shuttle] Volunteers for Team:Shuttle [Ticket#42580]

Heya,

Please find attached! We will likely need to tweak these according to demand, but these should be good as a starting point.

Note that we need to manually approve each driver - if you can give me details of how that process works from Volunteering perspective, I can add some details to our wiki.

The intention is to have a session each morning and afternoon in Heaven to onboard new shuttle drivers :)
