Thanks!

As to feedback for the form:

-   It's fairly comprehensive. I don't think I was missing a place to enter information I expected to supply.
    

-   I didn't understand the work location mapping to DECT section. I just left it blank and intend to fix any issues with that later when I have access to Engelsystem.
-   I repeated the contact person details multiple times. I don't know if that's just because we're a smaller team.
    

-   Number amount of angles needed changes depending on the shift time, so I ignored that box and just added the multiples of people required to the shifts.


It was otherwise very smooth. I had no issues :)
