Hi Hugh, 

Thanks, awesome!
I do have a few questions:

Your vehicle planning sauys: van 1, 2 & 3 are available since 2nd of august. But then there's no team or shuttleservice yet. What are you doing with the vans then? 
And where do the vans stay during the event / nights? 

If you're not using the vans till 06-08 you might want to talk to the hire company and delay the delivery a few days. Would save space & a bit of money I assume.
Please let me know when the vans will be delivered and by whom.
