[Shuttle] Signal group info

Dear Team:Shuttle,

I noticed that both the Shuttle Service page and the Shuttle Service Driver
Info page mention a Signal group, but neither provides information on how
to join. I assume the links will be shared shortly before or during the
event. If that's the case, just a quick heads-up to update the wiki as soon
as the Signal groups are created.
