[Shuttle] Moved visitor content

Hi Team:Shuttle,

Thank you for putting together great information. I moved your content 
for the visitor to a seperate page, away from your teams page, which is 
intented for your collaboration in the preperation.

I also created (or rather copied) the Shuttle Service Page for Drivers 
already, it contains old broken content.

This makes a clear seperation of target audience, you as a team, the 
visitor that wants to use your service, and the shuttle angles that will 
drive people back and forth.

Feel free to improve the content, as you get a better picture of what 
you need, we would love to communicate more about your new service, so 
if you have any blogpost about what you are planning, let us know. Or 
just respond with an email to me, and I will put it on the ticket for 
team:info.
