[Shuttle] Moved visitor content

Thanks! 

I could find the Shuttle Service page, where is the content for visitors to be found? I believe Ad had some questions about the information layout (they emailed me separately). 

I am more than happy to write a blogpost at some point.

I note that https://wiki.why2025.org/Location has not been updated with the shuttle service details, do you want me to do that?

I also created (or rather copied) the Shuttle Service Page for Drivers already, it contains old broken content. 

This makes a clear seperation of target audience, you as a team, the visitor that wants to use your service, and the shuttle angles that will drive people back and forth.
