[mch2021-terrain] Team Terrain kickoff & site visits

It seems Wednesday 10th [tomorrow] is the day when most people can be there. Everyone also marked Tuesday 16th as available, but there will probably not be much time to actually sit down 
and argue before/after the site visit, so this seems not ideal as a kickoff meeting; if there is time we may be able to do a followup, though.

Niene is listed as "maybe" for Wednesday. Niene, do you think you can make it tomorrow, and can you host us? If you can, I think meeting in Zeist would be ideal, travel-wise. If not, Eindhoven 
is the plan B. I can pick up people from the train station if need be, in either case.
