Yes I am available tomorrow and I can host. I even have a printer 
available in case we want to print some maps to draw.

At what time are you thinking to meet? In the afternoon would be ideal. 
In the evening around 21:00 the soccer game starts. I am not a big fan 
myself.. but friends of mine are and we agreed to go watch with them...

With dinner or something also fine, we can always order in something.
