[mch2021-terrain] Quick question: is it safe to assume logistics will order all the fencing?

Hi Redlizzard and Gina,

I hope your are both doing well.
I’m making my first order for Boels (team logistics).
But to validate for the order / budgeting, I’d like to ask you a quick question.

The fencing around the terrain (as an example in red on this image) to secure the terrain.
Am I making the right assumption that team terrain will plan and order this? Or should we plan and order that?
At MCH we did not do any, so I assume this is not required from us.
