[mch2021-terrain] Liquicity map

Hi team,

During the meeting boekenwuurm shared a draft of liquicity for 2025

I put it on their larger map of last year and noted what tents might be 
taken over accouding to the current tenten-overview document


Things I could place:

  * Track 2
  * Security (fire first-aid)
  * Bar
  * Party
  * Spiegel tent

Things I couldn't place

  * Track 6
  * Workshop 1
  * Workshop 2


This adds a lot of constraints, and I fear this might put to much focus 
on the 'event terrain' bit of the terrain and gives many restrictions on 
how much we can spread things meaningfully over the rest of the site.
