[why2025-terrain] moving Projectleiding portacabin

Hi!

As PL, we are also a team that wants to move their building after it
was already placed.  May I request that via this way?
We have a few design considerations:
* Need to be accessible with bikes and gators
* needs to be able to host a EMT meeting (10-15 people) outside,
preferably a bit private
* Not hidden (so not on the logistics terrain :P)

I had a discussion with Henry, we have two suggestions (see also
screenshots:
* on the triangle
* on the pieces of concrete at the entrance to family zone, near the
wagenweg.
