[Team Villages]

Hello Hello,

As promised an update about my call with Manduca about traffic flow 
through the "logistics" area.

First and foremost he has asked us to limit movement through the loading 
and unloading zone(most western road on the field). We agreed on that 
and also came to a good understanding that as Team:Villages we will need 
to guide at least some vehicles through that zone.
He agreed that was reasonable and asked us to be sensible about it. He 
told me that there will be a dedicated person located at their 
terrain/zone that will function as a "planner" and we should be in 
contact with them to check to guide a vehicle through. He asked us to 
in-person guide a vehicle through so they will not stop there and hold 
up logistics operations. We did agree on that as well.
I discussed the probable increase of vehicle movement if the conditions 
turn wet and muddy and though that would be "meh" we came to a good 
understanding that was just reality.

This was a 40+ minute call so this is very summarized but we understand 
eachothers problems and have an understanding how we can accommodate 
each teams needs as best as possible.
