[why2025-terrain] Family Zone fencing

Hi team,

At field day we spoke briefly on the subject of fencing along the water 
edge at Family Zone. Our goal here is to have something that will make a 
good sturdy solution, and at MCH we did see the chicken-fence style 
setup fail, so we are really keen on having something sturdier than that.

We do also understand the aesthetics downside of metal barriers and so 
we discussed it with the team a bit deeper. What would probably work is 
something like picket fences[1], although we'd need something to drive 
the fence posts in (and afterwards, out of) the ground deep enough to 
keep things sturdy over the entire stretch.

I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on the subject, and hopefully we can 
come to a solution that is suitable for everyone.
