Dear Marjolein & Jasper,


Thanks for reaching out! We will indeed need volunteers.
Most of our requirement will be during build-up and teardown, but there 
might be some smaller stuff that also needs to happen during the event.
I think it makes sense to have a short meeting at some point about how 
we want to organize the angels during buildup and teardown since I 
assume you won't be there starting day -8.
Does that make sense for you?
I think for now I am the right person to contact, but for our team it 
makes sense to always CC the list so that we don't have a single point 
of failure.
