6) Roads to track 2,3,6 done see the google.xls  I have updated that based on you length, do you want these to be permanent or temporary ?

GM:We don't know how expensive and impractical it is to have them moved. Do you know? 
JVV:Not Yet but I can ask, it is also an esthetics thing if you want them there during the event….
JVV:Although putting them back at the end is also a hassle if there are still campers.

Plates under portacabins is really not needed we have never done that before and it is a waste of plates as only the few corners that are resting on the can use some support but that is for the cabin supplier to take care of.
Alternatively we need some very small steel plates like 1x1m for weight distribution on each contact point, but to pave the whole area underneath is not needed.

GM:Ah, I had different information here. If you are certain we don't need these we can remove them. 
JVV:Was discussed in PL and Henry will discuss this with the portacabin supplier.

On none of our events, including the German and UK ones have we ever built camper roads I estimate that the 1920m2 you request will cost us about 8-10K,extra, do you have a drawing of that plan ?
We probably need to minimize that a bit as the area's you have now selected for campers are mostly very hard ground except for the entry points to those fields.

GM:I get that we need to minimize that, but I don't really think we have a choice. I do have exact plans for where we need these rijplaten. Since we were urged to add more camper spaces, some of them are in areas that are hard to reach.
GM:I have put you a drawing of the rijplaten and the camperspots. Note that the camper spots are not final because we need to move stuff for permit reasons, but the general areas are correct and the moving stuff will only cost us more plates.
GM:In this drawing the rijplaten are still twice, the calcuation you have is only for roads that are one wide.
JVV:Was discussed in PL as well a bit, we only need plates where the campers enter the field and have to make sharp turns>
JVV:That the field gets damaged is not really an issue, after Liquicity Festival2025 and WHY2025 back to back equalizing the fields and re-sowing them is almost unavoidable and a lot cheaper than plates.
JVV:I will look at the field on Monday and walk these routes to see what is needed. A lot is going to depend on the weather in the coming 3 months if it stays like this there are no issues at all.

Parking is in line with what we had in 2017 and 2022 in terms of m2 but do you have a detailed drawing of their layout ?

GM:Please ask Team:Parking for that, they also gave us that number.

LSD do you have a drawing of the layout ?

GM:Yes, manduca made one (ignore the routing and just look at the plates):
JVV:Will look at that on Monday as well but it seems reasonable.

Road to the NOC Why would we need a gator road to the NOC ? Has that been requested by the team ?

GM:I see that the name is confusing. The road is not in particular for NOC, but if you look at the heaven layout you notice that a lot of traffic will go from the wagenweg towards NOC and the other orga structures there. 
GM:Because the field will not be in the best state to begin with, we think it is important to have plates there so we don't have to swim. 
JVV:That is an assumption based on last years extremely wet period right before LQF and the field day. We probably will have to wait and see until few weeks before event and decide.

GM:I hope this already gives you an idea.
