[why2025-terrain] Delivery planning and terrain availability

All,

 

Delivery of the Boels forklifts on the 29th is fine, we where planning on building heaven on the 30th but that moved to the 31st.

On the 30th it will mostly be delivery Tent stuff arriving so we will be using the forklifts for unloading.
First main build day of tents is the 31st from early morning.

 

When the forklifts arrive, they will most likely be parked on what will become the parking lot on 29 and 30.

 

On the 31st and 1st of august we will also be rearranging the driving plates on the logistics terrain to match what Manduca wants.

I would order the Logistics porta cabin (and all the other ones) for the 1st of august.

Hi Terrain/PL,

I'm getting the final quote from Boels today. I'm now working on making a delivery schedule, but I can not really do this without knowing what part of the terrain is available when.

First forklifts will be delivered on the 29th so tentbuilders can start on the 30th, as requested by PL. I also planned that then the first forklifts for On-site will arive with some fences so we can create (a temporary) LSD.

I would love to create LSD on the final location if possible and have the LSD portacabin an storage container placed early on. (And I need somewere to sleep.) But I have no information on what is posible. And sadly this didn't became clear at the physical meet either. It is no use of having stuff delivered if we can't place it on the right location or have somewhere to store it :).

So can someone please share some terrain availability planning? It doesn't have to be final, but I need something to work with to be able to make a planning. If LSD will be available from the 29th (afternoon), then that would solve almost all my challenges, accept for the portacabins.

And I actually need it THIS WEEK, as Boels needs to start planning too.
