[why2025-terrain] Vehicle access / location during build-up

Hi Team:Sponsors,

For the first question we refer you to team:villages since we would like 
to process sponsors the same as villages for build-up purposes.

For question two: In our tent list BIT does not show up. Could you send 
us an updated sponsor list?
For your concrete question: Whether the bus can be on the field strongly 
depends on where they are. @villages, where do you have them, I can't 
find them.
