[why2025-terrain] Double check for the amount of sponsor and village tent

[WHY2025 - Sponsor]

Hi,

Netherlands Standardisation Forum still needs to sign, but it is 
expected that they do (hence we reserved tents). I will ask them to 
submit village preferences asap.
