[why2025-terrain] Team Waste - location and timeline of containers

Hi Team:Terrain,

Thanks for the response! Hope you're doing well with these final week(s) 
before the buildup starts. Just wanted to send you all an email to 
confirm a few things from Team:Waste:

1. I've attached a screenshot with our planned locations for our two 
trash compactors (magenta blobs) and our three bulky waste containers 
(cyan blobs). Do these locations work, or are they in the way for some 
other things? If so, please let us know.

2. The exact planning from our trash handling partner is as follows: 
Placement of trash compactors: Friday 1st of August. Placement bulky 
waste containers: Tuesday 12th of August. Pickup of trash compactors: 
Thursday 14th of August. Pickup of bulky waste containers: Friday 15th 
of August.
We don't think that the bulky waste containers are be necessary during 
the event itself, which is why they will only be placed at the end of 
the event on the 12th. If you think it would be better to place them 
earlier (saves one/two big trucks during the event), we can probably 
change this with our supplier and have them be delivered earlier. Let us 
know what you think if this!

3. The trash compactors and bulky waste containers must be placed on 
hard underground such as rijplaten. Would it be possible to have 
rijplaten under/around the trash compactors there on the Friday 1st, and 
for the bulky waste containers on the 12th?
