[why2025-terrain] [Projectleiding] chairs and tables workshop area and lecture tents

Small mistake, there were 3 workshops at MCH, too. That changes the
numbers to:

120 dinnertables
3967 chairs
16 fencing

That feels more reasonable, somehow?
