Michiel,

You had similar questions before and I gave you a link to the file with all tents in signal, I have reshared that link in signal just now.

It has all the tents buildup dates, dimensions, names etc you might have overlooked it as the first 3 are on line 5,7,9 because they are big ALU hal constructions and this one is listed on line 59 with the other stretch tents.

We have 3 spare pagode tents exactly for this so if needed don’t worry

Power you need to directly request at NUTS as it is better you do this yourself as for the other tents otherwise, we will be in between the communication.

Thx for the estimate I will put that on the agenda for our next meeting.

Hey Jeroen,

I can’t tell where it went wrong either as both Bix and me were not aware of this. Maybe because a lot of spots on the terrain map were first only labeled as “track” without a clear function nor a (for us) logical sequence to it. I only found out when I noted the (requested) names.

As you state this will be an open stretch tent I was also puzzled by the drawing ("tent_Internals.pdf”) that didn’t show what type of tent will be used. I also went through the tentboek collecthtion but that didn’t help either.

So please enlighten me: What are the exact dimensions of this tent so we can inform Spykersound on the additional equipment needed. My first guess is that the extra costs will be within the €16k range (pending additional information). And we might need to add a small pagode tent for the audio/video control.

We also need to inform NUTS to add an extra 3x 16A point to this spot.

I hope we can resolve this soon.

I don’t know where this went wrong but there has not been a 4th stage added, that 4th stage has always been there from the beginning.

SHA and MCH had 3 large stages and on request of Content we moved to 4 medium sized stages of which one is an open air stretch tent.

The 4th stage was absolutely not added because the Spielegtent was discontinued, that was a 5th stage that Milliways requested to run
their own sub programme, that has been discontinued.

It is unfortunate that this was missed and we would like to know what this means for the Productiehuis budget if this 4th stage

Hello y’all

When I checked the tent layout I saw that there has been a 4th stage added. What’s the part of this stage in the program? Because with the discontinuation of the “spiegeltent” for Milliways Productiehuis has requested an offer for 3 main stages from Spykersound, not 4. Please enlighten us as this means that we might need to reconfigure our material and request extra sets of AV and C3VOC material.

Based on these numbers, I suspect the stages where a catch all post for tables and chairs last time. Last time, there was a shortage, are we shure we don't need a buffer this time?

But maybe then we should put it under buffer, so the next time will be easier to see what it was used for.

At SHA and MCH team terrain made detailed drawings of the layout of the tents, the firelanes in the tents, where Fire extingishers needed to go etc.
Based on the available floorspace the chairs where calculated.

We could make a rough calculation of total floorspace of the MCH track tents & workshop tents and to de same for WHY.
Apply that ratio to number of chairs at MCH and calculate the number of chairs for WHY ?

3500 seems overkill and as each chair costs a small amount of E having a reasonably accurate number to avoid waste of EEE seems sensible.

I’ve no opinion on this. Although more then 3500 chairs for a total of 3500 visitors seems superfluous…..
