[why2025-terrain] Backstage for supermarket.

Hi Jeroen,

The problem is as follows: Between the pavement and the supermarket are 
some tree stumps that are a) in the way and b) so rotten they cannot be 
moved. This means that if we place something north of the supermarket 
that is supposed to be connected then we need to move the supermarkt 
south, potentially impacting the road there. Do you see what I am trying 
to say?
