[Ticket-entrance] Entrance procedure for speakers

Hi Team Entrance,

I'd like to coordinate with you about the process for arriving speakers. We told them to get tickets like everyone else, so for the most part they shouldn't be a problem for you. HOWEVER, there are a few exceptions I'd like to talk about.
- Some speakers (around 10) will only come for one day and do not have a normal ticket. They received special permission from team Content. Could you let them through? We can provide a list ahead of time, or you could call us when they arrive.- There will be a few "important" people (like politicians) who need someone to receive them at the entrance. Could you call us as soon as they arrive? We can provide a list ahead of time.
- Could you give every arriving speaker the speaker wristband and tell them to stop by our speaker desk?
