[Ticket-entrance] Entrance procedure for speakers

Hi a51c,

For this purpose is the guest list. we need a list, date, and contact
person who we can contact (phone+dect) when the person arrives.
Same for politicians, local politicians and supliers.
I decided day guest will get the yellow wristband with a moon.

Do you think this is enough?
