[Logistics-leads] [why2025-orga] Boels order status

Hey Logistics Team,

could you please prioritize the following items for Team POC to ensure 
they are available by August 2nd (Saturday):

- 2x Site carrier diesel ruw terrein, 2 persoon met laadbak
- 20x Stoel Cuba (10x would also work until Monday)
- 15x Dinertafel 180x76

We’re already facing a very tight build-up schedule for Phone and POS. A 
delay of two days in receiving the gators and having workplaces ready 
would significantly increase the risk of not having the phone system and 
cashier desks operational by the event start.
