[Logistics-leads] Datenklo delivery preference

Hey AK,

* NOC DC 31-7
* Site carrier 1-8
* Grondboor 1-8
* "Enough" tables/chairs to get started 1-8
* Datenklo's -- as many as possible requested already on 1-8

If you look at the Boels list, there's now bright green marked 'Delivery
date' fields appearing. Those are the ones we're going to communicate as
request for prioritized delivery (or non-prioritized delivery if date is
set to a later day after the weekend).

Note that these are requested *delivery* dates to the field.

The stuff can arrive at any moment of the day, and we have to unload,
store and sort it out, double check the gators to see if there's
actually oil in the engine, label them with the number/team name etc...

So all of this means that you really should plan for 2-8 to just be able
to wake up and start doing your thing (i.e. IOW not really depend on
stuff on 1-8).

For tables and chairs and stuff for teams, we'll probably do a first
round whenever possible end of 1-8 or on 2-8 to bring a basic number of
them to team tents that are available, and then complete the numbers later.

Does that help?
