Correct, and just over 100 angels have already been marked as arrived
since they wanted to register for shifts before arriving. It's not how
the angel system is intended to be used though, and it has never been
used like this before AFAIK. It's mainly volunteer workforce management
*during* the event, this is also the most reliable since people won't
forget they signed up for shifts etc, and we get to meet the angel and
explain things IRL when they come to us at the volunteerdesk.
