[mch2021-orga] Question about gift card

Hi there,

since I received this from several people already, I would like to get
some statements about the gift card option in the ticket shop currently.

a) is this a guarantee to receive a ticket once the final shop is open?
b) will the gift card value be deducted, once applied to the final
ticket sale prize?

Would be nice to add these details in case more people might come up
with the same questions.
