[mch2021-orga] Physical (and virtual) orga meet @ Bitlair, March 12th

Hi everyone, a quick reminder that we need every team to send a representative to the meeting (be it physical or virtual)! We’ve all got a lot to talk about and reconnect!

Lots of teams still missing on the roster. Please come! (again: even virtual). Consider the day to be unsuccessful if you haven’t had a chat with me or anyone else from team Volunteers (SynQ/Koen, Juerd). No pressure, but yeah, there we are. 

Also a reminder: please update your wiki page to have current team members and a way of contacting you on it. Team Volunteers is depending on being able to reach out to you!

Homework: We need you to make a rough estimate on the number of volunteers you’ll be needing in buildup, event and teardown. That is needed for both food and people planning. Please do your homework and try not to let the cat eat it.

If you need help finding more people, if you don’t know how to start your team, if you have any question involving people and project management in relation to MCH2022, please reach out!
