[Parking] Parking and official trafic stuff

Hi Dave,

thanks for the reply! One more open question: what about West side of
Wagenweg (entrance near logistics)? Do we need someone there as well?

I will check with the team to see if we can do the exam, so we have it
in case someone asks.

For the one volunteer that we need at Wagenweg East (entrance of the
'speelpark de Swaan'): shifts are normally 2 hours, to make sure
everyone stays hydrated and does not overwork themself. For this special
kind of shift, 4 hours might be ok, but that means that this person
would have to make small breaks, e.g. to go to the toilet, which is
rather far away. Also, having only one person standing way off the
terrain does not sit right with me, I would prefer to have 2 and then 4
hours shift would be fine.

As for coordination: I can put the shifts into the angel system under
parking, that should work. Also, it will be possible to coordinate the
angels standing there, but only if we do have them available (and I
assume people taking the exam on the spot is not feasible).

So the main issue persists: we need some people to take the exam and be
available onsite. I will contact team:volunteers if they see any option
here to support.

Best regards,
konmei
