[mch2021-terrain] cable ducts on the terrain

Hello team terrain,

For team NOC and NUTS there is a request for info about ducts, troughs, duikers, zinkers in the terrain and would like to have those mapped.
Specialy on the wagenweg for connection of the transformer and the "tractor pulling" field.
If there is no way to go under the road then cable would need to go over the road in cable protector or over the road via long poles.
