[mch2021-terrain] adding of datacenter (DC) for NOC on the map.

Hello team terrain,

For team noc we would request to adding of the datacenter to the map.
This is probably going to be a portacabin, size about 10ft or 20ft shipping container.
We want it close to the transformer, the litle cabin beside it on the field has the fiber connection.
