[mch2021-terrain] Request from tent supplier for terrain team.

All,

 

1.	There is an underground gas main under the terrain that we need to plot if we place tents on there they cannot use 1m pins to anchor the tents and will have to do that with extra concrete blocks, it is possible but it will cost money.
2.	They need a space on our boneyard of approx. 10x20 for their storage needs.
3.	There is a provision in the contract that if the ground is too soft we need to provide driving plates to build the tents.
That is accompanied that for LF2025 the conditions where fine and they did not need those plates.
